UFO With Cloud Making Abilities

A circular light seen on December 23 over the Russian city of Trekhgorny, located in the Chelyabinsk region near Russia's border with Khazakstan, has added a new kind of excitement to the holiday season. 

Some are describing it as a "UFO with cloud making abilities."

Speculation runs rampant, with "Signs of the Times" reporting that local Russian government officials are investigating.  "Signs of the Times" also claims that the UFO appeared over a "closed city" that manufactures nuclear reactors and that aliens have come to deliver a warning to Russia .
